Great stay

Beds are firm, room was clean, friendly staff, I have no complaints! The resort is large and there is plenty of art to look at. Great stay, I would recommend for couples and families.

It looks like the property, including the casino, is preparing for updates. Specifically re: the hotel, things look good and are perfectly fine and it almost comes off as a higher end property than it is. It takes a closer look to really see the wear,. However, service is very good and restaurant prices are reasonable. We had a good family stay in a Jr. Suite. Very roomy. It was a convenient base for exploring Santa Fe and some of the national parks/monuments in the area. We came back and enjoyed the indoor pool (it's smaller than pics look) and hottub every evening.

For the amount of money spent per night you would think the rooms would be decent! Waited over an hour for a remote control, the floor lamp didn’t have lightbulbs, missing knobs on drawers, wallpaper is visibly coming off the wall.

The walk from entry to rooms are too far to drag your luggage's on carpet. Some consideration to older folk. Too many slots that high progressive. My room was good and clean but wall paper in bathroom was coming down.
