This was an odd property. It was clean and wellmaintained but many things kept it from being a better than average hotel. 1. Breakfast was DISGUSTING. Greasy srambled eggs- really- it look like someone whisked a couple of eggs into a big pan of bacon grease. They were curdled. Speaking of bacon- it was undercooked; well, barely cooked. Coffee was cold and bitter. The "crepes" were hard and chewyl I could barely get enough batter to cook a waffle. When I pointed this out to the attendant, he refused to put out another carton of the batter. There was a plate of broken Ritz crackers and broken cookies. DO NOT BUY THE BREAKFAST. I complained to the person behind the front desk and his response was "sorry". In the room, there were bedside tables between the two queens but not on the other sides of the beds. No outlets in the bathroom. There was a nice area with mirrors and a large counter but the only outlet was on a wall at least 5 feet away. Hairdryer and curling irons do not have 5 feet cords. Did not receive cleaning one day. The explanation was that were had the do not disturb sign on the door until about 10am. If we put the sign out, we were to inform the front desk when we left. Would have been nice if they had provided those instructions on check in. Did not empty garbage one day. Took the non-slip mat out of the shower one day. Did not replenish plastic cups- ever

Convenient to Santa Fe plaza and reasonably priced
The hotel is close, easy walking, to the Santa Fe Plaza area, reasonably priced and plenty of parking ($10/night).

Very nice for Great value
Very nice, clean, safe venue with free parking in its own restricted lot. One block from Loretto Chapel, TWO blocks from Plaza. Very walkable for 3 couples in our 70s. Chinese restaurant is inside of check-in office - very good food, large menu and inexpensive! Only downsides: 1) Two floors - no elevators. 2) Shower soap tubes very hard to get contents out.

Nice property and great location. Could walk everywhere. Restaurants close by. Very good price on hotel and parking was only $10 per day. Very afforadable. They refreshed towels each day. Don't see that anymore. Only downfall was the door to the bathroom. Was a slide ranch door but kept coming off track. Very annoying. Water pressure in shower was great. Lots of parking spaces. Would stay here again.

Aside from no hot water, which the hotel provided monetary compensation for the inconvience, the rest of our stay was great. The beds were plush and the room as clean. The location was one block from the historic district and three blocks from the plaza. A great price for this perfect location.

Sant Fe said is very bougie, I get enough of that at home. Go to Flagstaff for more fun and charm.
