When we first arrived, the room we had reserved was not available. Seems the recent snowstorm had damaged some rooms, including the one we had reserved. The morning after check-in, the staff were very helpful and moved us to the correct room.

This hotel is located right on the edge of the “downtown” area, so super easy to walk and find shopping and places to eat! The hotel was lovely inside and the staff was super nice. Parking is valet only.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and dog friendly. The on-site restaurant was great. Parking was easy and able to accommodate a 24 foot RV. Overall, a great option in the heart of Santa Fe.
