The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was lipstick on the bed cover, as if someone had kissed the sheet, and I felt itchy all night—possibly due to the detergent. The walls were extremely thin; we could hear everything from the neighboring room, even breathing. We didn’t report it since it was just a one-night stay, but I’m not sure we’d choose Coyote South again.

The staff were really nice and quite polite. My double bed room was spacious, clean and decorated cute. The complimentary hot breakfast was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the Santa Fe area!

While we still enjoyed our stay there were a few things that we had trouble with. First the AC was not working very well and we were very hot all night. Secondly there was no shampoo provided just bars of soap. Finally check out time was supposed to be at 11 but we had a worker knocking on our door at 9:45 am saying we needed to be checked out by 10. She was a little rude and was trying to rush us out even though we were not ready yet. Will probably stay here again and just hope it was a one time issue.
