Obviously, this facility has upgraded things recently, but not 100%. Very clean but details unaccounted for. Also numerous pieces of pet feces in public access ways from non-conscientious pet owners.

Nice property. All entry doors did not allow use of key card due to broken system which made it inconvenient due to configuration of hotel and the cold weather. Property is dog friendly however the poop bag dispenser never had bags during our 4 day stay. That might account for about dog waste in the yard.

Room was in a dark corner of the building. Nothing on the walls of the room, the "suite" offered only a desk chair, a sitting chair and the bed. Trash on the lawn and walkways in the courtyard. The building more resembles a hospital than a Santa Fe hotel. The Bistro offerings, however, were very good and reasonably priced.

Overall, very good experience. Renovations were completed recently. Although not open to the public which minimizes risk, room doors open to the outside - mainly an issue when its cold as it was last week. There was no way to get from my room to the hotel lobby or the bistro for meals without being outside in the elements.

Great stay for a last minute stop on the roadtrip! Room was fine nothing amazing but clean! Bathroom hard to maneuver in with multiple people with toilet being in way of door. Then in early am found a zipper piece in the water reservoir of the coffee machine so no tea for me that morning.

Room itself was ok, but the security locks on the inside door were bent and wouldn't close completely. If you need the airport shuttle, better check times before you book here. Did not discover until after I booked the non-refundable room that the service does not run until 9 am and I had an earlier flight. Expedia even got involved, but hotel would not allow me to cancel. I had to call a cab service which cost me $144. No customer service here.

Courtyards are always consistently clean and well appointed. The rooms is modern and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable, and climate is easy to adjust. The TV was nice and offered Netflix. Parking is conveniently placed around the elevators. A super quiet room. The location is on a major street and there’s nothing to really walk to. They said they have security patrol at night for parking. Overall I’d stay here again.
