No sleep if you have neighbors

The construction outside wasn't bad the floor above us you could hear everything including the family who let their kids start running at 6am until at least 10am every single day. So the place was nice but the walls are to thin if you want to sleep in.

Spring break getaway

The hotel is very nice. Location is amazing. The staff was friendly and we were able to get our room a little early. There was a mini fridge which is great. The coffee shop at the street level is amazing! Need to get more pastries but rhe coffee is great! We booked a partial ocean view but couldnt see the ocean due to construction. They shouldnt call them partial ocean view. Also be ready during the week for 730 wake up call by the construction team. The bed was comfortable but pillows were flat. We asked for extra and they sent us a few more. The smart TV didnt work, connected it to the internet but still no luck. You cant use HDMI as they dont allow you to access settings. Be ready for basic TV. Parking is tight and limited not sure what would happen if they were fully booked also of you have a large car you wont fit in the parking near the lobby. Overall is a good place to stay being so close to the boardwalk.

Pay for your stay in the Expedia App! If you do not, you will be charged a higher rate when you check out of the hotel. The Expedia app will not show your original rate once you are overcharged! This is the first time this has occurred using Expedia. Spoke to Jon who said, " I doubt it!" when I explained what occurred. He was rude, condescending and raised his voice. Terrible customer service. The lady who checked me it was great! Decent hotel, nothing special. Stay somewhere else, lots of options!

Quick spring break getaway

Really cute place, friendly staff, pretty clean (bathroom could have used a bit more attention, but was fine). We booked a partial ocean view balcony suite. Loved the view, loved having the extra space with a great couch for relaxing. The refrigerators were useless though and were NOT cold and the safe did not work, but other than that the room itself was great. Yes, there is construction right next door though and they start up early, so that was pretty annoying, but not the hotels fault. I do wish they didn't charge for parking, seems ridiculous since you are already paying quite a lot for the room! I'd still stay here again though, very good location!

Great hotel, but……

The hotel was wonderful, nice staff and the room was amazing! However, the construction across the street would deter me from ever coming back (or at least until it was finally done). I know this isn’t their fault, but I think the room rate should be lower, or parking free or something. I had no idea they are still working on that! We should’ve been warned or something. We were woken up both days early on our vacation. Such a bummer.
