Hotel room was very clean. The walls are thick so I didn’t hear any street noise. The location is right across the street from Santa Cruz boardwalk, where you can rent e-bikes and find docking stations throughout town: 1-mile walking distance to downtown, Front St, and only 3-miles to bike one way to the Natural Bridge State Park.

Check in was a struggle. I was charged three times as they said my card wasn’t working. They were helpful with remedying the situation and I had the dispute the charges on my card. Minus the staff- the spot was cute, great location across from the boardwalk. Room was small but had what we needed. Santa Cruz was incredible so any misgivings I had about the lodging were completely overshadowed by exploring the area. Not sure I’d stay again. I wouldn’t avoid it, it’s cute. I just have a bad taste from the multiple charges debacle.

It was a wonderful stay from checking in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that was a surprise to me was having to pay for parking $25 each day then having to do $100 deposit because I thought everything was included when I booked. They have a wonderful cafe shop on premises and the boardwalk is literally across the street and a lot of food options around. My daughter loved the pool although not heated it was a perfect size for her. We will definitely be staying there again

The hotel is located right in front of the Santa Cruz boardwalk therefore it is so convenient. The only time we drove was to make it to the downtown area. The hotel room we had, did have a balcony, which is great for watching the sunset. Overall I would stay here again in a heart beat.

The stay was amazing, the front desk receptionist who helped me at a very late, 11pm/12am, was extremely welcoming. I loved the interior designing and overall very comfortable furniture! Will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future!
