We had come from a horrible stay in Monterey, Ca. The front desk employee listened to my sob story. She didn't have to but I'm sure she upgraded us. Our room was perfect.

Great location in a wonderful updated hotel with cozy amenities. Really nice lobby area, easy parking underground (for a fee), and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of cute restaurants in the area. Very clean rooms, new, nice, and updated.
