C’mon do better
This hotel continues to have issues every time I stay there. Last time, they had now power and all the A/C turned off, their room windows don’t open at all, so during the hot summer night, it was DREADFUL to try and sleep in the hot stuffy room. This time no internet and Verizon doesn’t get service in the rooms. Also pillows are lumpy AF!

Great stay Breakfast needs some help. Needs actual people that run a “kitchen” for meal service not just the custodial engineer or front desk to restock items as needed forms that were out of stock Just spend a little bit more that has someone that makes it their priority to serve the guests Otherwise great place to stay

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had trouble with our room key cards; they randomly stopped working. We also had trouble with the tv service; we never were able to get anything but Netflix our entire time there.

Property is in excellent condition. Staff are friendly and professional. No complaints except the parking spaces could have been bigger. But understand you need as many spaces possible for room occupancy.

I was not able to check in when I arrived at 1:45 when I called that morning and was told I could check in early at 2. Jennifer up from was not helpful I had to go back at 3 to check in after traveling for hours. There were only 3 towels in room when there were 4 of us.

Modestly comfortable
The room was good. Loved the pillows. I like a softer bed, however that is a preference not a flaw of the hotel. The front desk staff were all amazing, friendly, and professional. We will be coming back this time next year and will use this same hotel.
