I was not able to check in when I arrived at 1:45 when I called that morning and was told I could check in early at 2. Jennifer up from was not helpful I had to go back at 3 to check in after traveling for hours. There were only 3 towels in room when there were 4 of us.

The room was good. Loved the pillows. I like a softer bed, however that is a preference not a flaw of the hotel. The front desk staff were all amazing, friendly, and professional. We will be coming back this time next year and will use this same hotel.

Staff is friendly. Includes breakfast. Location is ok if you want to drive around big sur. The room was modern and clean. Place was quiet. A bit expensive but good price compared to other accommodations in the area. Would recommend for sure.

I loved everything accept for the ants on our room. They attacked our food and was in the bathroom. I itched the entire way home. Other than that everything was perfect. The staff were very nice and helpfully.

Amazed by Hampton properties...fairly new construction, but nice design and layout. Good breakfast experience, super staff, rooms were generally clean with the exception of some black mold in the crease between shower wall and floor. Otherwise, very clean and convenient.

Very crowded, loud and no housekeeping service even when requested. After 4 nights, we finally got housekeeping on the 5th night. Staff was very nice and having Starbucks across the street was a bonus, but not an impressive property despite how full the property seemed to be.

Our tv had issue's upon checkin, had to have someone come fix it, then still had issues with it working. Ants in room. No one came our 2nd day to refresh the room or clean trash or give new towels which didn't help with the ants. Found trash on the floor in the room when we checked in as well.
