My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, friendly staff, and room was clean and comfy. We stayed for one night, and would come back and stay here if we need to be back in the area.

Property was okay. There is not enough overnight parking so when it is full, you have to park behins at the business next door which is car wash. The property did not have adaqate blankets in the room, just a flat sheet and a light comforter.

Good value option compared to Santa Cruz equivalents. Beware of the bathroom tiles, they are VERY slippery. Both my son and I slipped and fell after showering and condensation was on the floor tiles. BE VERY CAREFUL about this.

The hotel is very clean and in a wonderful area. Rooms are clean and lobby area is modern, lots of parking and food is good too. The only negative comments I have is they are very short staffed. They are doing the best they can, but I felt how stressed they were. Is a Shame that this issue make the entire experience unpleasant.
