As close to the boardwalk and wharf as you can get while still having breathtaking views of the ocean and cliffs. Rooms were spacious with everything we needed, and had easy access to the beach, even for people with disabilities.

Great Hotel, Require Management Improvement

Room was comfortable and clean. However, it had a mold smell, maybe rotten alcohol scent. Joshua, front desk, offered room service with an air freshener. Room service never made it to my room. The ocean view from my room was beautiful unless you look down towards the pool area. The hotel had a section next to the pool full of garbage and room remodeling materials.

The proximity can’t be beat and the restaurant on site is delicious. We got free parking as part of our stay but it is $35 a day as an FYI. In my opinion it should be included given how costly this property is. That’s my biggest complaint is how expensive this hotel is! Also have to go to floor 4 for a communal microwave that is disgusting was not fun as my son has dietary restrictions that I had to bring food with us.

Noisy neighbors, halls, and mechanical room. Infinity room was across the hall from the mechanical room which services the elevator. Anyone who uses the elevator at night will trigger noise. Tub was clogged. Infinity room view was looking at poolside bar hut.
