The trees are pretty but the resort is full of convention goers and it’s crowded and loud. Our room really far from lobby so hard to gather with friends. Floors really dirty. Staff nice but service was really slow in restaurant.

Love it! But, but not the restaurant.

We really love the hotel. It had everything we needed. The Charging Stations was a major plus. The pools where heated and the Jacuzzi was hot. My only complaint..... the Restaurant was a major disappointment. The staff were nonexistent and the food took almost 45min to come out. Staff never came back to refill our drinks had to track down other waiters or go to the bar. That's a big turn off for me. I wanted to leave a $5 tip and a note! And I'm a great tipper.

Would’ve preferred to know that they were working on a pool creating a lot of noise. The outside of this property does not look clean and up-to-date. The hot tub in the spa was dirty and did not work. The inside of the locker rooms in the spa were disheveled and disturbing. The massage was amazing! The fitness gym was great and the surrounding areas would have been quiet otherwise.

Because I had VIP access from expedia with this stay, the front desk.. gave me an "upgrade" next to the entrance door and next to the housekeeping room.. so every morning I hear the entrance/exit door slamming and housekeeper talking ... the walls are super thin. I didn't go during peak season.. I'm not sure why I wasn't given a heads up or offered another option..we had horrible sleep

It was okay

Check in was smooth and simple. Very large property, but needs to be upgraded. Carpet was old and stained. Room smelled of walking into a senior facility. The windows and screens were old. Walls had peeling paint and many cracks. Bed was made nice but nothing was dusted. Clocks and counters and tables I had to clean myself. Lost power for 4 hours the morning of checkout from 6:45am-10:15am and no one acknowledged that during check out. The rooms are much darker when the window is open than what is shown online. Overall it want the worst stay, but I’ve had much much better.

The property is in a wooded area and there are paths to use for short hikes. The lobby and spa are beautiful. Check in was super easy and the staff was really nice. I got a bottle of wine for being Expedia VIP. The room is simple but clean and the bed comfy. Our slider opens to the center of the property. We didn’t use the swimming pool or fire pits but they looked busy. The gym looked nice. We came for a quiet and restful night and we got it.
