Access to the beach and Pier were great. Little things like a coffee maker would have made the stay better. That is a big deal for us. Didn’t seem to offer the things that other places did so it was a more obvious

We loved our stay here. The pool area was great for kids and the surrounding pool area was a lovely spot to sit and watch with an outdoor fire. The rooms were spacious and the staff were lovely. Having access to the free laundry was a nice surprise. I really wish we had more days here

Perfect location
The staff went above and beyond to help us when we got to town early and needed a place to put our bags before check-in. They called us as soon as our room was ready (early!). Amazing location to view the public beach and wharf. Very walkable and amazing (new) shower. Pool was warm, and the whole hotel has a great retro feel. The only thing to consider is they don’t seem to have an elevator and there are several outdoor steps to reach your room. May be difficult for some guests. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back!!

Ultimate Beach Experience
Amazing location, boutiquie hotel with super nice staff, and clean rooms. We only stayed one night, which was not enough time to enjoy the property and the balcony and the beach and the boardwalk and all that Santa Cruz has to offer. Our room had a little kitchen area, too. My only complaint was that our conditioner dispenser in the shower was out. I would have just asked to have it refilled, but I was already in the shower washing my hair. All in all an awesome property, excellent staff, and everything needed for an ultimate beach experience. Thank YOU, Beach Street Inn!!!

When we arrived and checked in we were told there was an additional charge to park. My husband is handicapped, we weren't advised about a parking change when we booked so my husband disputed the charge. The manager kindly reversed the charge. Great location felt so safe Jessica and Gm Nicole were awesome. I enjoyed the coffee and the hot chocolate. Room was very clean! Cleaning crew was attentive and fast and did an awesome job. I LOVED THE HEATER IN THE BATHROOM FAN!!! Nice touch forsure. I do wish we had a garbage can in the room. And I wish we had better quality toilet paper and some paper towels!!! We will be back!!!! Can’t wait!!!!!!

This property is small and just so quaint that as soon as you pull in the lot, it feels comfortable. Kept up very well; rooms could use a little freshening up, but very minor and definitely clean. My only two complaints are one, the floors are not carpet, so there was sand from previous occupants on the floor when we got there. Not a lot! We just had to wear socks at night. Two, the volleyball courts get going with music and announcements around 8:30, so just be prepared for that. But super convenient and cute! Great view, too!
