The hotel was so great! We came for my daughter's 16th birthday to be able to hang out in San Jose, and it was the perfect location. No more than 15 minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go. The suites were clean and well-appointed, and the staff was top-knotch. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious clean and quiet!! the pool was nice but not heated like the clerk Said didn’t like the xtra fee to park my car.. there wasn’t a microwave for the kids in the room it was downstairs in a little sales shop. There was no free breakfast!!

Staff has an attitude that they really don't want to be there. Little pride in their work. The room - the hot water was broken every day I was there. Only on the last night did they offer to put me into a new room, but to check the water first. It was OK in the night but by morning - ice plunge cold. Super frustrating. They did comp my visit to the restaurant but still. More than anything it's the apathy.

Spacious, clean, friendly – disappointing gym.

The pre-arrival online check-in was seamless, and the room felt more like a comfortable, well-kept apartment than a typical hotel space. Big shoutout to the front desk staff (Sage!) — warm, welcoming, and truly above-and-beyond your typical front desk experience. A few areas could use attention: room temperature was a bit tricky to regulate, and the shower was quite small. Most notably, the gym was disappointing given the hotel's business-focused clientele — only a few machines (some out of order), limited space, poor ventilation, and didn't feel like cleaning crew paid much attention here. I’d stay here again, but I hope Hyatt takes note. With just a few upgrades, this could go from good to outstanding.

The hotel it self was nice but the staff were letting kids run around the lobby past 10pm. It was so loud that the receptionist even commented that she was wearing ear plug. I think they could have at least asked the group to quiet a little. Our room was loud and cold being next to the freeway. It wasn’t until 11:45 we realized the windows were open ! Not sure why they were but so much better once we corrected it.

It was cool but I’m unhappy how I paid for a bed room with a king bed, and got a room with a full and had to change out rooms when my girlfriend said something about the size of the bed
