Great location to downtown! Only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to check out the restaurant but the lounge was hosting movie and popcorn night- fun! Very clean and hospitable! Keurig coffee maker, fridge and micro were very convenient. Room felt clean and safe! Only hiccup is the doors and windows are very thin..could hear every conversation in the hallway at any given time as well as the road noise. Had to run the fan all night to deter.

A Little Suspect…..

Nice hotel on the west end of town, so slightly difficult to walk to certain things if the weather wasn’t the greatest. Parking was not the easiest, as there was not enough parking in underground garage for those staying in East building, so you had to park in the garage in the West building, and then walk between the buildings to get to your room. Also a little disappointing when two things are left in a room at checkout, which things happen, one of low value and one of high value. When I called 4 hours after checkout to let reception know of the high value item having been left behind, was first told that nothing had been turned in by Housekeeping, but the front desk manager would go check himself. After he checked, again nothing was found. A little while later, I realized I had also left my dog’s stuffed animal there, so I again called. Same kind of story, nothing had been found in the room, but the manager would check and call me back. Thirty minutes later, manager called me back, and low and behind, the dog toy was found, but the high value item was still in the wind. Slightly suspect and disappointing…

Hotel was clean. Location at the far west end of town, so tough to walk anywhere in inclement weather. Disappointed in housekeeping staff integrity. 2 items left in room by mistake. A bit suspect when the dog toy is found yet the watch is not.

Water clogs in the bathroom tub. We called, handyman came but still had the same issue. Couldn't take good shower. Furthermore when we turned on AC at night - there was this constant voice coming from AC vent. Couldn't sleep well due to the noice.
