Liked detailed map of property when checking in as well as other side detailing info answering questions everybody wants to know about property. Furnishings definitely need to be updated. Mattress excellent. Sofa in our room had lots of small holes all over which looked like a cat had sharpened its claws. It was in pretty bad shape.

This hotel used to be good when they remodeled. The furniture needs to be replaced, the beds are very uncomfortable and hard, the leather couches are ripped and the water pressure is not very good! The room is very dark not much lighting. We stay there many times but after this visit not sure if we’ll be back!

Lovely Stay by the Water

The stay was lovely for my birthday weekend trip. Room was cute, bed was comfortable and amenities were sufficient. I was a Gold member with Hotels.com and I had to speak to a representative to honor my free drinks perks but other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Ask before you check in about construction.

Terrible first day (loud construction outside our room, no upgrade offered and ran out of donuts in the morning). Much better when I talked with manager, Jake. We were moved to a much quieter room and had donuts in the morning.

I like that it was pet friendly. The customer service was good. The air conditioning, was not working properly. It kept on shutting off in the middle of the night and the fan would just run without air conditioning. There was no tissue in the tissue box. No phone in room. No house keeping to take trash out. Refrigerator was not cold. We did not complain to front desk since we were staying a short period. Overall, it was a nice place.

Was pretty good, but Wi-Fi sketchy. Could not connect Roku. Bed was comfortable, was quiet, close to Solvang. Shower is a water saver, thin small spray.
