Multiple visits, Crowded with children, elevator not working as expected. While the staff was respectful and friendly they didnt care about the quality of their work. We decided to leave their restaurant before food was served due to the amount of times disappointment set in, in such a short amount of time. For example when they wash the tables the rags were so wet that the tables were dripping <-- (not exaggerating) with water and them placing the menus in it so they got soaked. When asking for a rag to dry off the table the young lady said she wasnt done. So the menus on the table was what? We went to their other restaurant which is a food truck outside. We took it upon ourselves to clean up the chairs a bit because they were all over and not properly at the table and removed toys out of our way so we could sit at the only clean table there. There was no care taken at the food truck area. The adult arcade was full of children and when it was adult only time it gets rented out to a parties and not accessible. Visually very nice gardens on the property but not picture friendly. Again this is multiple visits with in two weeks because i saw the potential the first time we went but had the same bad experience the second. I am happy with the rooms, beach view, and beach access. I would love to go back and get the experience I expected with the price I paid.
