Excellent Hotel with Great Staff

This is a great hotel. We have visited almost all the hotels in this area because my daughter studies in UCSB, and after all, we really love this hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff (Rodolfo and his manager) are really amazing. They upgrade our room every time we visit, and give us a better room with a beautiful view facing the park. I and my daughter really appreciate what they do.

This hotel was very fresh and clean. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Walking to the Harbor and Stearns wharf made our stay so fun. The staff were very helpful and offered us a late check out before we even thought of asking. We will really hope to come again.

Very quiet. We had adjoining rooms and could barely hear the person next to us. Only complaint are the toiletries that are provided. Either the dispensers do not work or there is not enough shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Towel quality also could be better.

Clean room that feels more homey than big chain hotels. Downstairs room has a cute fenced-in back patio with a small table and chairs for morning coffee. Safe surroundings but people living in their vehicles across the street of the front of the hotel. Would return
