I didn't like that this place is not kid friendly. Its a casino and didnt expect my boys to have access to the casino its self but disappointing to learn when we arrived that kids are not allowed in the pool area. Useful information we could have used when we booked. We seached for 2 adults and 2 children and we got this hotel in the results.

Most guests stay for the casino. But the hotel itself was nice. Clean, shower was huge with rain fall function and a tub that we did not get to use.

The whole experience was fantastic! Started with a friendly and helpful Bellman, the casino, bathrooms and rooms were always clean and everyone and I mean EVERYONE was so friendly! And a special shout out to Security Matt. He calmed me down and helped find my phone that I had left on a machine. He knew what to say and what to do. Thank you to the employee whom turned it in. It was only gone less than an hour but still….great service. Thank you all!

The only thing was the restaurants close too early the bar closes at midnight and the wait times at the bar to get drinks was too long and the wait times at Starbucks was way too long 45 mins for a cup of coffee ? And they used to sell really nice sterling silver jewelry there but not any more! And if I were management I would set up something to watch on tv on the rooms had no cable channels but funny thing is the sports bar played all the football college games were on tv but none in the rooms ! Things that make you go huh. !

If you stay here you must go to the spa! Get a massage, take at least a 3 minute cold plunge, a nice swim in the mineral water, then relax in the jacuzzi! They also have steam room and sauna to relax your muscles before massage. 5 minutes to surrounding restaurants although there is a nice stall house inside willows with excellent tomahawk
