This property is rusting throughout all the buildings. Inside my room, there was mold in various places and although I had booked for three nights, I had to leave after the first night because my mother is 65 and she was starting to feel the effects of the mold. The staff would only switch us into another room but in seeing the entire property have issues, it was not a safe choice for me to stay with my family and expose my mother to additional mold. The staff was not communicating with each other after I spoke to the manager and checking out was a nightmare. The staff would not provide any helpful information on how to proceed with cancelling the add to all two days I was not going to stay at the hotel. No one knew how I could reach their customer service line nor what was going to happen after spending close to $1000 for a property that was not in good conditions.
The food was not at temperature either and this also added to the concern that this was not a suitable place for my elder mother, my minor nephew myself or my brother. I am still trying to figure out how to get reimbursed because this is the worse experience I have gone through.
