Easy check in, staff was friendly. Parking was a little hectic due to a gem show happening there. Received a random scam call in the middle of the night from a person saying that they were the general manager. They wanted me to give them credit card information over the phone.

Great location, friendly staff. Since so close to high way, I can heard noise all day, especially night time. Facilities not maintained well. I can’t take a shower since the switch is broken and water all leak out.

What a great find. The bed was so comfortable and covers were awesome. The pillows were great. Nice big room, the shower was great and very pretty. I would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and comfortable place for me and my boyfriend while we’re at Santa Ana. The staffs are very nice and friendly and also very convenient parking spaces. I’ll definitely choose this hotel over again anytime I come to Santa Ana.
