Upon entry, the lobby is beautiful. But the room was a major disappointment. It took 3 times going back to the receptionist to get our keys to work. Once we got in, we noticed it was very warm. We turned the AC on and our room never got under 74 degrees. One day it was 78. We text a worker and he said they fixed it but the room was uncomfortable the whole stay. The bathroom had very noticeable water damage. Our kids slept on the pull out couch. Sheets and blankets were not provided so we used some from our bed so the kids didn’t have to lay on it without coverage. We flew with our children’s life jacket because pools and swimming are a must. We went and bought goggles for the children. The pool was so cloudy, you couldn’t see your own body in the water with goggles. The hot tub was also a fail, as it was like a luke warm bath. The staff were nice but don’t let the lobby fool you. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

The AC did not work n the rooms were smelly. The front desk told that the AC is not functioning since last one hour but when I checked the review about , many people written that the AC never worked. We can not change the hotel stay at the last moment when you are at the hotel lobby for checkin. Hotel should have informed this AC non functioning early. This is ridiculous.

Room was not cleaned very well. Air conditioning broke down so there was no AC all night which made the room smell. Definitely not what we were expecting on a hot weather. Make sure you check if AC is working before booking. The lobby looks nice in pictures but actual rooms are very outdated and due for renovation.

Check in is stated at 4 pm, no rooms available until 640 pm. I was understanding to the fact that the hotel was sold out night before and housekeeping was behind but A courtesy call/ text would’ve been greatly appreciated. Instead, I had to wait for a room seeing as they were on a first come first serve basis . I had to keep asking front desk for an ETA , all I was told was they would call housekeeping but never got any time frames. Room had half a roll of toilet paper and only 2 towels. Went to ask for more towels and they were “out” we had four people staying in the room booked . The AC seemed broken, it was not cooling down in the room and was hot and muggy.

Got there and they checked me into a room that people were already in. Then my room was dirty, shades didn’t shut, remote for tv didn’t work, ac was bad, not all the lights worked, and had to plug into two different electrical plugs before the third one worked

The air conditioning wasn't working on our room and several others. The room smelled of mold. It wasn't hot, just muggy. Hopefully they get things fixed before it does get too hot. The room has extra space, which is nice. The breakfast was good compared to most hotel breakfasts.
