We asked for a quiet room and got it. The hotel was close to a resteraunt, Irvine and the airport. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. We only had to tinker with the toliet because it needed a look at, but it did fkush.

The place is comfortable abd convenient. It's also a well kept property, and the room was clean and neat. They did accidentally charge my deposit. I had to call and ask, and it took over a week for the refund. Its supposed to released upon check out. Otherwise a good value and will consider afain.

Good location with easy access to highway. Family room is very comfortable with large refrigerator. Beautiful courtyard. The hot breakfast is so good. The only issue is the gate access key failed to work sometimes

The first room we got was very run down and had filthy carpet. It was very old and dirty with wires hanging out of the wall. The sheets were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We got in late and hadn't slept, so first thing in the morning I talked to the front desk and they were wonderful about moving us to a different room. The next room was much cleaner and updated. My kids feet were still black when they walked around barefoot on the carpeted areas, so I made sure they wore shoes at all times. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple and the same each day, but always fresh and very good. The property needs maintenance, but you can tell they are doing and trying their best and the staff tries very hard to accommodate whenever they can. We ended up having to book an earlier trip out and again they accommodated us. They do warn you that you only get fresh sheets once a week, but there is no housekeeping maintenance at all if you are there less than a week. If we wanted new towels, we had to exchange at the front desk. This was the same for any other room needs (i.e. toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.).

Although they have kitchenette they do not have gas stove or hot plate. They only have sink, microwave and fridge only. The building was very dated. Drapes, furniture and cleanliness of the room was horrible. There was no intenet tv.

Lets say..It served the purpose of staying and I would stay again if needed!.. Room had a fridge and Microwave which was nice. Staff were friendly.. generally clean property.. Hair dryer was not working so front desk staff helped me pick a new hair dryer and some extra small towels from the front desk as there were not enough staff working for room serves on Christmas Eve and day, ( no problem..understandable)...I was not impressed with the breakfast though! Not much selection! No buffet!.. the restaurant staff will scoop of the food to your plate ..one breakfast ticket per person for one plate, if you want second round, you will have to pay extra $.
