Quiet and beautiful location, but a 15/20min walk to centre of Sorrento. Cannot praise Marcos enough. Always a warm welcome and a wealth of advice and recommendations. My most endearing memory is ordering a gin and tonic, and Marcos picking a lemon from the tree in the front of the hotel for my drink.

We had a great 8 night stay. Free breakfast was excellent, & so were Marco (he makes an excellent cappuccino) and his staff. Hotel was in a great location, near plenty of public transport options as well as within walking distance to downtown Sorrento. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, the host was a very welcoming and hapoy fellow. The hotel was clean, and inviting and parking was easy and accommodating. Thought the signs saying absolutely no eating in the rooms was odd. Maybe just trying to curb rodents and bugs. Overall very nice stay for a good value.

I am a walker. :) So I think this is close to the center of town, but if you want to take public transportation, it's also available. Marco at the front desk was a pleasure, and the gentleman who stays at night is also kind and ready to help - I can't remember his name. Breakfast was great, I loved their coffee and service. Room was super clean and quiet. I am not a fan of the Italian mattresses, I think they are hard, and this is something I found in every hotel I stay during my trip - about 6 different ones. Also, some places do not have hair conditioner. This is one of them. My recommendation is to get a little one to take with you so you don't run into the issue. It was a great stay and I would book this hotel again.

This little hotel was an absolute gem on our trip. A peaceful oasis compared to the overwhelming crowds of favourite tourist destinations in Italy. The staff and service were outstanding. The only complaint is that beds were pretty hard (but that was common on our trip).

Hotel Angelina was a fantastic hotel! The staff and Marco were incredibly helpful and kind, and the hotel itself is very clean and unique. I would highly recommend anyone staying in Sant Agnello to stay here :)

Breakfast was average but the coffee was excellent. Marco was friendly and always cheery. An excellent restaurant a minute up the road and lovely terrace overlooking the bay, a five minute walk from the hotel. Room was nice and clean with a small balcony.

When we arrived, we were met by Marco who made our arrival and entire stay more enjoyable. He gave recommendations based on what my wife and I wanted to do and was spot on. The hotel was in an excellent location and had a great rooftop for viewing sunsets. When we return to Sorrento, we will stay here again.

I appreciated the staff’s warm welcome and assistance. The shower was excellent and the room was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was tasty with lots of variety (cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, toast, croissants and lots of cakes and coffee choices). Marco also makes a delicious Lemonchello Spritz using lemons that grow on the property.

Great stay at the Hotel Angelina

Staying at the Hotel Angelina was a treat. It's in a great, quiet, location just a 8-10 minutes walk from the railway station and main bus stops. The owner Marco is amazing! He make a mean cup of coffee which we took full advantage of. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice and topped up frequently. Only one slightly negative comment is that the scrambled egg was always cold unless you reheated it in the microwave. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are very comfortable. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the garden/orange grove. Four of us stayed, for 10 nights (from 27th April 2025) and we all thought it was exceptionally good value for money and would not hesitate in staying there again and in recommending it. Thanks Marco - it was really great!
