Room layout was nice but not well maintained. Sofa bed was springs with a cover so bought an air mattress for that family member. The refrigerator would not close due to an excess of ice, was in desperate need of a defrost. We also booked for 5 but upon asking for additional towels/wash cloths as room only had 3, I was told they didn't have any currently and maybe someone in my party hung their towel after use so I could reuse it. I have a 3 because I think potential is there but needs some updates and better execution of maintenance/ housekeeping.

So so
It worked for what it was but it smelled very musty, the shower water was like warm at best and the shower head leaned towards the shower back wall and wouldn’t adjust. Also we smashed a small bug that looked very much like a roach. Just a meh for me

This hotel was clean and staff were very nice. The parking lot filled up quickly, but the staff said to park anywhere as long as you weren’t blocking in other cars.

The front desk staff were wonderful, but breakfast was a bit chaotic. The one waffle maker was down, which backed things up significantly during the morning rush. Otherwise, the property and its amenities were what I expected.

We got a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. I was so glad that it was two rooms with a door! Most hotels with rooms like this don't have two rooms, just one big room. Breakfast was decent, but the eggs were very bland. The breakfast area was small, so when a lot of people were there it was difficult to move around. But the staff keep everything replenished, so that was great!

Our trip was good. The hotel is very clean! Although if you like a soft bed , this is the place for you. The vents have a scent of pine, which is overpowering at night.

Better this time than our last
This was our second time staying at this hotel this year, and we had a much better experience. Last time the hallways and our room stunk...so much that we had to go get febreeze. But they have been cleaning the carpets and the smells are better. They also fixed the ice machine!
