The property was fine but Expedia needs to change the room capacity for this booking to 4 people per room. Expedia allowed us to book this room for 4 people so we were expecting the option of a cot; however, when we arrived late Friday evening, the hotel informed us they don’t have cots because the max capacity for the room we booked is 4. The hotel was more than accommodating and attempted to make it more comfortable by providing comforters to crest a makeshift bed. Do better Expedia! You put the hotel in a terrible position by offering something to your customers that the hotel couldn’t provide! Hotel 4 stars - Expedia 0

We only stayed one night so we didnt get to experience the pool or the fire pit but both were being utilized by many other guests. The dining area for breakfast is a little small so it got crowded for a short time. Overall the hotel is very nice and quiet and the staff are great. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for doing things like Cedar Point amusement park. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, Angel especially, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. And there were signs of pets being eaten in Sandusky either!

The staff were extremely friendly, and it was nice to have breakfast every morning. The staff for replenishing breakfast were very helpful and accommodating, as well as the front desk staff. We had a large room deemed a suite as it had two queens and a pullout. However, the room was not very clean very dirty in all of the trim on the door, etc.. We were there for four days so when we asked for towels and just a touch up on the second day, absolutely nothing had been cleaned up or touched just new towels left behind. There were no replacements of soap, etc., or anything washed. An extremely convenient location with a well-maintained pool and courtyard at the back with a gas fire pit, which made for a nice spot to sit.
