Check in time is actually 4pm, not 3pm like Expedia shows. It was very upsetting to get there and wait over an hour and a half for a room to be ready. The front desk said they are aware Expedia has conflicting information but they doesn't explain why they wouldn't contact guests booking from that platform to inform them. Overall, a great place to stay, convenient location.

Entered our room carpet was all stained up, the bathroom was never cleaned shower was full of hair and food on floor the towels were still in our bathroom from previous guests.I did go straight to front desk they sent someone up to clean it and apologized well I did not think a apology was even enough it should of never happened period. The blankets on the bed were stained up the place was a mess. I was disgusted and do not recommend the to anyone,this is a chain hotel and they need to do a lot better.Wont stay there again.
