Key did not work to get in room. Tv did not work. Called the desk, said they’d send someone. Waited 15 minutes, walked to front desk, was told someone would come- waited an additional 30 minutes. Next morning TV would not work, someone came, TV worked for 5 minutes, then nothing. Not relaxing. When I talked to the front desk, they acted like this was normal events. I had to ask for the manager and compensation for the multiple inconveniences. If it was 1 thing, but the multiple things was too much!!!!

Ok Stay

The breakfast bar only had sausage & very bland eggs, plenty of waffle makers no sugar free syrup. The beds were very firm. It was pretty clean, it was a great location. We did have a problem with a 2 big groups of kids running & banging in the hallway after 10pm, called twice to complain & finally had to go down to the desk.

Very disrespectful kids running up and down the hallway at about midnight first night second night same thing finally had to call the front desk the lovely lady in the front desk came upstairs and told them all to be quiet the pool was ice cold it wasn't heated it was overall a good weekend most likely will stay there and when not so packed and full of disrespectful kids The housekeepers very young lady was very kind and on the last day I was there helped with my cooler and my pack of water that was left another gentleman offered to help as well so very very grateful for them and I would greatly appreciate if you give them a big thank you

We had ZERO hot water the entire weekend therefore we could not shower! The bed had stains on it as well. Would never stay here again! And certainly was not worth almost $300 to stay for two nights!!!

Save your money save your time don’t stay here

Horrible. Once we got there was immediately locked out of our room from door lock disabled its self. Took 3 separate trips to get them to give me my rollaway bed we had to pay extra for. 10:30pm! Remote for the tv wasn’t working needed a mainland man. The key card then quit working after door was opened. Absolutely horrible experience. Zero care of their guest. People sprinting up and down the hallway screaming with the smell of weed smelled through out their 100% no smoking hotel. Just an excuse of a hotel
