Tried to give them a chance to respond, prior to this review. Sent email to account listed on their website, no response. Tried to follow up by phone, but no one answers. So here is the email that I sent: I believe this is the 3rd time we have visited your location. All pervious visits have been satisfactory. This visit the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Not sure what systems you have in place to avoid situations like this, but suggest you do something (random spot checking, weekly full inspections, etc.), or this will be our last time visiting your location. Room 137, Friday and Saturday night. 11-1-24 to 11-2-24. Here are some pictures of some of the issues. Thanks for your attention and look forward to your response. PS Did not try to use furnace based on how dirty it was.

Just about everything during my stay here was wonderful. My only complaint is that the hotel lists “breakfast included”. They broke this promise and did not have breakfast for its customers.

Cute hotel, looks like they are doing some renovations. Front desk was super friendly with great dining options. Laundry facilities could have been cleaner as well as the patio had spider webs everywhere. Room was big and clean. Had a weird smell, but that went away after being in the room for a bit. Fresh coffee would have made this stay better. All and all the price was right and rooms were clean

Upon arrival, we were allowed an early check in which was nice. The room itself was dirty - hair on the tv stand, handprints on the walls and chairs, dirty floor like it hasn’t been mopped, dirty door like someone kicked mud on the bottom and dirt splatter on walls. We went back to the front desk and told them it was dirty and they had housekeeping come to clean again. They literally just picked up the hair wad, there was still dirt on the floor and behind the bathroom door. There was a dead fly in the lights in the bathroom. Was pretty disgusting. I wish I could attach pictures. Our room was right next to the stairs so all morning and night people were going up and I swear it shook the walls. It sounded like someone was in the room with you as it was so noisy. Definitely would not recommend anybody to go and will never go back again. I can’t believe the price I paid!

This place is absolutely amazing. I love it. I’m comfortable you can hear the waves at night the management incredible the maid service is incredible. I just really love this place and the experience that I’ve had here are so comfortable.
