Mr. Hererra was amazing check-in was so easy. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even had home made cookies ready with hot chocolate. Rooms were very clean. And the breakfast had everything my family enjoys eating. All the staff were very attentive. I am definitely returning to this hotel.

The hotel staff was wonderful! The room was spacious. The coffee was always hot and available at lobby with fresh baked cookies. Breakfast was adequate with some surprise choices. Close to seals, Hearst castle and beaches galore. Very easy access to beautiful beaches. We loved it!!!

Everything was great. Edward was probably one of the best employee, manager-owner…not sure. His service and attention to your needs are the best. Would stay there again just because of his hospitality. Nice rooms with a great breakfast.

I didn’t stay this hotel. But the service is terrible. I booked this hotel, but the No.1 way was closed, so we want to cancel this order. We called the hotel and the lady told us she will discuss with her manager and reply me, then nothing. I tried to call them and Expedia, nobody reply me. So I give this hotel 1 star special for the service. Terrible!

The PM check-in receptionist was great! He was informative, helpful and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was a nice addition. Pool and patio area were cool just a bit too cold for us to enjoy them. Nearby restaurants seemed okay too. Nice place if need an overnight stay :)

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. They had fresher baked cookies available at check in. They had a restaurant on site which was nice since we were traveling and it was late. Only downside was they have no AC. Which we just opened the balcony door and the ocean breeze cooled the room quickly.
