Upon entering the room in the late evening, we found two big bugs in the sink. Next morning, we got bug bite also. When we reported to the front desk, they offered to discount first and refund. Since we booked the room via Expedia, the staff at the front desk gave us Expedia's phone number to call. We called and Expedia then tried to collect the refund on our behalf. After three days, Expedia told us it was impossible to get the refund.

Since they weren't busy, they upgraded my room for free. That's the sort of nice gesture that'll bring me back if I'm in the area again. The staff was great and the room was great. I'd definitely recommend this to friends.
