Staff and location was great. Small boutique hotel in zona Rosa. WiFi in some spots great, other areas not so much. Everyone super friendly.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was not all that good. The first night that I stayed there it rain a lot & the ceiling leaked & the room got all wet, I reported this to front desk & they said that they would send someone to fix it but never did. I ended up leaving a day earlier than my original reservation. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and in a central location but the walls are thin and on top of that, there’s a lot of noise from the bars outside. The only thing that drowned out the noise was the A/C as the TV didn’t work. The breakfast was meh.

Great location in the heart of San Salvador
Best things: location, security, food, cleanliness, service. Not so good things: maintenance. Overall, I'd recommend this place given the convenience it gives and I hope they will provide a better service after renovations
