Everything in the hotel itself was perfect. The parking lot for the hotel was far from the building and the front of the hotel there is a market that they start making noise at 5 in the morning.

Good enough
Great location, centrally located in the heart of old San Salvador. It has good security, and the parking area was secure, a short two blocks away. I'm glad I chose this hotel in spite of it but quite meeting my expectations. Communication was difficult since none of the staff knew any English. There was no daily service, I had to empty my own garbage bin. Room was very small, and the bed way to soft for me. A fridge would have been helpful, but I was able to keep medication in the fridge at reception.

This hotel was just what we needed, where we needed! Location was walkable distance of National Library and National Palace, with many shopping and dining options all around. The price is unbeatable as well. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. We arrived after midnight and the security monitor let us in promptly and led us to the reception with no problems. Staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Many security cameras around the property and always felt safe. I loved the balcony feature of our room with a view to the city! I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

I loved the place.It was clean the service and staff was great.It was at the center of the town and everything was at a walking distance.The only down side was there was no transportion from the hotel to the airport, but I would definitely go back to this hotel.

El personal muy amable , serviciales , atentos me gustaría darles una mejor calificación pero una de las cosas que les falta es un ascensor por que quede en el último piso y con maletas es más complicado , otra de las cosas al llegar no tenían disponle una de las habitaciones solo tenían de 2 camas y me dijo que me darían una doble pero que solo una cama podía usar parte entendí por qué yo pedí 2 habitaciones sencillas pero al mismo tiempo no era la forma correcta de dirigirse al cliente que apenas va llegando la persona me explico pero al decirme mi jefe dijo que solo una cama se puede usar me molesto por que era la misma razón por la cual no me dieron la habitación llevava niños y como le dices aún niño no uses eso si se supone que en un cuarto de hotel puedes usar lo que está adentro del cuarto yo no tenía la culpa que no tenían la habitación lista o les sucediera que la puerta estaba mal es lo único que no me pareció bien pero la ubicación es excelente todo estaban muy cerca otra de las cosas que lo hizo mas complicado fue que estaban arreglando la calle e hizo más complicado lo del trasporte
