I did book myself the presidient suite for about 2 weeks, and the perks were pretty amazing. You get breakfast, lunch, and dinner for free at their lounge which was great. Even daily room cleaning service. The staff, and the people were relatively really nice people, and helpful. Whenever we ask for something, they were pretty quick and responsive on what we needed. Everything was also really easy to negaviate. The plaza was close by, the beach area, soo many different places that you can go to and site see is what makes this place amazing. They even got themselves a inside bar, restaurant, and literally if you want to go somewhere there is an onsite taxi for whenever you need it. The 1 issue that I had was the laundry prices. I wish this was also included for the presidential service, but it wasn't really a big deal for us. We found a remote area close by, and they done it for wayy cheaper. Overall, everything was great. Would I come back here? Most definitely. I'm planning to come back here in the next couple of months for my future trip, and I'm glad that I had a great experience here.

Loved how quiet and safe it felt. Was very easy to get an uber. Walking, you have to go about 15 min to get to the nearest mall. The room was clean, but the beds had no outlets nearby. So had to charge my phone at the desk. The shower was also incredibly hot, no cold settings, same with the sink. The staff were friendly, the 24 coffee shop was great. The pool chairs were pretty dirty, bird poo and what not. The gym was great. I would recommend staying here.
