This Barcelo Hotel needs love. The facilities look outdated (room, doors, phones, safe boxes, bathrooms, elevators). The restaurant is just ok and the environment super lit up, the tables feel like they’re on top of each other. You might dial zero but will often get no answer. They say the accept Amex via ApplePay but the reception couldn’t, though the restaurant could.
