Love the Blue Water Grill… We came here specifically for Sushi night! Amazing restaurant! Property is beautiful and very well maintained the rooms are very spacious and well appointed.

Property was fine - convenient , clean and people helpful. Complaint was new rood being put on with banging starting 7am until after 5pm.. management said work was not supposed to start til after 9-1 but i was there the 27th - they should have moved everyone to sunbreeze suite. But they did comp me for one night .

The hotel is in a great location and within minutes to many restaurants, airport, etc. It was clean, fairly comfortable and has a nice restaurant on property. The staff was also very friendly and made great recommendations for local places to enjoy local food. The building is a bit older and is starting to show its age hence some renovations are needed. For example updating the bedroom furniture and the lobby entrance would make a huge difference.

I was misdirected by communication from Expedia. After they stated on 2 separate occasions that the hotel would refund our payment (hurricane) we changed our plans. Expedia stated they did call hotel and refund was available. After the fact they said it was not available. If we had not received this incorrect confirmation from Expedia I would be able to review the hotel - because we would have maintained our original reservation.

Great place to stay. Very convenient being right in the middle of everything. Can walk to almost anywhere! The staff was purely AMAZING! Always going above and beyond and extremely friendly! One suggestion would be to add either microwaves to the rooms or somewhere accessible for guests. Also, a little disappointed that there isn’t direct beach access but we made due and still thought the property was gorgeous and we would definitely stay here again!!

I had the best stay at Sunbreeze Hotel. The staff is friendly and hospitable. delicious drinks, food and fun bar staff. I got PADI certified around the corner with the convenience of a 5 min walk. So close to shops, groceries, bars and restaurants. I walked from the ferry and walked to the airport! Very clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Belize!
