Great modern hotel, mediocre restaurant

Fantastic hotel. Great customer service and away from the busy centre of San Pedro. Lacked some amenities such as a fridge and television but not really an issue as we were out everyday for activities. The external approach needs paving but this maybe done later as an extension seems in progress. The restaurant really does not match the standard of the hotel. There is limited choice for vegetarians and vegans other than Pasta or Salad. Similarly, the breakfast has limited hot food options.

Perfect stay

Very nice property and everyone was very friendly. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Prepared breakfast for our early departure (4:30 am for Geysers del Tatio). Would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay here - a little oasis in the middle of the dessert. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast great! Plus a free glass of sparkling wine to start out each night!

Fantastic experience

The staff were all very helpful and polite, the hotel was very clean and the room well appointed. Only a 10 minute walk from the main street in town. Fantastic experience.

This was an amazing 5 day stay. Lidia at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to us, helping us with orientation to the town and some communication with tour operators. The hotel also arranged inexpensive shuttle transportation to and from the airport in Calama.

Rooms were ok but very clean. Nice pool area. As I was out on tour most mornings the staff prepared bagged breakfast for me. Five to ten minute walk to the main area of town for restaurants and shopping
