I loved the staff and this hotel! The only reason I noted that a couple of areas were not at the highest rating was just because of some sketchy folks hanging out just outside of the parking lot. In addition, the spa was a little unkept and the pool furniture was dated. But everything else, was great! The room was very clean, and they were accommodating with my need to have breakfast in our room because of my sleepy toddler. The staff were helpful and kind and the breakfast was great.

We've stayed at The Oaks many times. The overall property has gone downhill in the past 2 years. As Paso Robles is wine country they used to provide wine glasses in the room. No more. They used to provide plastic drinking glasses in the room. No more. There is a homeless population that stays near the parking area all day long. I had concerns about my car being vandalized. My next trip to Paso Robles I'll consider staying elsewhere.

Double billed and air conditioning defective!
The air conditioner was defective and my husband was unable to sleep. The clerk stated my credit card could not be billed. They used my husbands card. I have now discovered you billed my card. I shave been double billed.

The manager Sharon was so helpful and friendly. When we told her our van has problem and she took us to the auto shop across the street and tell the owner take good care of us. She really went out of her way to help us. I really appreciate her. The hotel is clean and we enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. And the free breakfast was also very good. Will definitely come back again.

Met some friends here to explore the area and do a little wine tasting. The hotel was fairly comfortable and did have a pool and hot tub. The area is close to downtown but the surrounding area is a little bit commercial. However, we did feel safe and it was a good cost for the convenience. Love Paso Robles!
