This hotel is located down a questionable road past some shady looking houses and across the street from an auto parts store. Homeless every where. The front desk staff do the minimum necessary. We requested a late check out twice via text (their preferred method of communicating) and received no response. The room had a stain on the carpet, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, the floor grout was black, there were no wash cloths, the bed was uncomfortable and the bar closed early.

Water pressure was terrible, towels were very scratchy, no toiletries, unclean old shower curtain liner. The worst was there was no USB port in the lamps next to the bed. The alarm clock that did have one, was broken. Other USB ports were clear across the room. On the plus side, Breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Quaint Quiet hotel…rooms are a little dated but extras are very awesome (robes, breakfast, snack bar). Only 1 thing was icky…hair ball in the shower. Great staff and very helpful.

I wasnt too impressed with our check in process. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed to be there and didnt seem to know much when asked questions about the property or amentitied, including the bar. Housekeeping staff was efficient and great and the man at the breakfast bar was very helpful and kind. Overall, this place was nice for the 2 nights we stayed and my dog loved it.

I would give it a higher rating if they had supplied cups or glasses in the bathroom. Only two paper cups were supplied to the room- not enough for two people for drinking, coffee and brushing teeth. Also, the first floor ice machine was out of order with no warning sign.

This hotel was convenient to the Sensorio experience, which was appreciated. Our room was very quiet and clean. They also accept dogs, which we love. We would stay here again, absolutely. Would highly recommend!
