The property is new and very clean. The pool had bugs floating around the water but the windy weather could have been the reason for the condition. The beds are comfortable, rooms are quite and dark, and shower pressure is good and hot.
The breakfast was not that tasty and they ran out of items frequently. It's very small for the amount of guests in the hotel. Also the seating area is limited that have actual dining tables.
Customer service is very lacking. The woman who checked me in was very condescending and did not explain any hold charges that were placed on my card. She had me run my card through the machine twice as she said the first time did not work however I verified with my bank there were 2 different holds. I was also informed of the $15 parking charge however was charged twice for a one night stay.
While in our room I attempted to call the front desk for over 10 mins with no answer. I went downstairs to find the staff standing there and talking so not sure their phone system works correctly or ringers are on silent.
I did ask about the double charges on my account and the gentleman at the front desk said they're only holds so not to worry about it and to call customer service if not released in 7-10 business days. There was no apology for the confusion or any review of my account to advise of the separate charges. He did correct the error on the double parking charge. However the very poor customer service is not what I've come to expect as a Marriott member.
This hotel was amazing and the Staff (especially Elaine) was amazing!! We definitely want to come back and visit! We love the delicious restaurants and eateries around along with the walkability of the area. Very family friendly and the facilities are clean and relaxing!
The hotel is located near plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel itself was very well maintained, clean and very inviting. The continental breakfast was standard, leaning more toward health conscious choices, but was still solid.
The property was beautiful man, the staff was very friendly. The gym, the pool my vehicle was very close to my room. I did have one question though were do they get those office chairs, those things are sweet! Will recommend for anyone looking for a room for a short/long stay!
