Ocean fun.
It was exceptional. Rooms were spacious overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our time exploring the beach and caves. The breakfast was just ok. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay.

It is right on the beach with easy beach access, the grounds were nicely landscaped and there are many tables and sofas and fire pits. There are 3 hot tubs(although the jets were forceful only in the adults only one). It has a microwave and small fridge. It is dog friendly

This is my second time staying here. Brought my parents for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it here. The variety of seating arrangements outside, made it convenient for my dad who’s in a wheelchair. We were able to enjoy the views of the ocean and sunset. The fire pits in the evening is wonderful. The restaurant across the street was a big plus and convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. Will definitely return.

Unique, great layout and location. Maintenance on the property was excellent. The only complaint was from my wife, as she has sensitivities to cleaning products. But nothing I noticed or the typical person would be bothered by. A beach walk to downtown!!!!

Great stay overall - super convenient to be able to order food from the restaurant to be delivered to you wherever you are on the property. Breakfast and cookies a plus. View was amazing. Water pressure not great and floors felt soft.

We decided to take a trip as a family and this hotel was extremely family friendly. The kids loved the pool and it was easy access to the beach. If you’re looking for going to alterna areas with the kids, try going to the Avila beach and farm. My children loved it.

The location of the property just above the beach is very nice. Pool area and rooms were also good. Breakfast was not even average compared to other hotels/ motels. Service was just okay. Far too expansive for the given service.

For the $400+ per night rate I expected a better room. Soap holder and other things in shower were painted over. AC was very loud and did not seem to work accurately. Had to basically beg for clean towels; took a few phone calls to receive them in an untimely manner

Good place to stay for 2-3 days, my kids enjoyed hotel but weather was cold in August and kids can’t swim . They are freezing. The pool water was like icy. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.

The hotel itself is pretty average and is certainly over priced. The location is excellent, you can walk from your room to the beach in a few minutes. If you value the convenience of walking to the beach, it’s good, but there’s a five star hotel in SLO for a little more per night that will be much better value.
