Pleasant overall. A little busy, quite a lot of rooms for the size of the property. Limited dining options at the hotel and no real bar does lose it a star in my opinion. Beach access is a lovely touch and walks into pismo downtown at low tide are a treat. The fire pits at night are very welcoming. It was noticeably well maintained and clean.

Great place, diseased hot tub.

Great place all around, but after spending 2 trips into the adult only hot tub I got massive rashes on my elbows and behind my knee. I got these once when I did t use enough chlorine in my own hot tub. I wrote the hotel for an explanation and got no response. The place is beautiful, the nastiness on my elbows and behind my knee unacceptable.
