Unfortunately the water system is not working properly so the water in the shower did not function correctly and what did come out was brown. So was unable to shower in the morning. Beds were good but not being able to shower is a real problem. Can’t recommend this hotel

Dirty probably due to construction. My room and a fist size hole in the bathroom door. Shower faucet felt like it what about to fall off. And walls felt thinner than paper itself able to hear neighbors more that thr tv itself

Bonkers Technology.

I was told half the hotel was being remodeled; that was not the problem. In my first assigned room, #451, the heater did not work, and the bathroom sink faucet would not turn off. I was offered another room, which I took, #352. There was no stopper in the tub and again the heater did not work. Maintenance replaced the stopper; and I learned the sink stopper tends to drip unless turned off exactly at one point. I stopped caring. I was so cold I called to the Desk at about midnight and a space heater was brought up, which did work for the 2 nights. When TV was turned on, message was "No signal." Maintenance showed me that when that message came on I was to push the "Input" button and keep pushing it until a box came up at the bottom of the screen indicating HCMI (?), and then the TV would come on. Really? Is this technology in the hospitality industry now? The carpeting was heavily stained in both rooms, but I understand remodeling is in progress in stages. Restaurant was not really available except for take away. There was no Business Center with a computer available as usually is available in other chains I use. This was one of the most unsuccessful stays I have had in a hotel in quite some time. I wasn't really comfortable but my stay was prepaid so I stayed. I don't think I will be booking at a Radisson Hotel soon again, mainly due to Technology issues. The personnel were fine and quick to offer help.

PARENTS — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! The moment we walked in there were tarps plastered all over the wall, immediately made us feel uneasy. The first room they gave us was disgusting. The wallpaper was peeling, black mold caked in the windowsill, and there was leftover food (pieces of sausage) on the floor from the previous guest. I have a toddler who puts everything in her mouth and they clearly didn’t bother cleaning this room so we requested another. The second room was just as bad: more black mold, our sink had a black ring inside of it from the last guests & it filled with disgusting water anytime we tried to use it. The shower was completely dysfunctional. The absolute worst part of this stay… While my 2-year-old daughter was playing on the desk chair, I noticed something sticking out of the cushion. When I picked it up with a bag, I was horrified to find a cut straw covered in drug residue. If I had not caught this in time, my child would have put it in her mouth as any 2 year old would with a straw. I have never felt more horrified, disgusted, and absolutely furious in my life. This was the most horrifying hotel stay I have ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness, mold, loud construction, and DRUG PARAPHERNALIA IN OUR ROOM made this place completely unsafe. If you have children, value your health, or care about safety, DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend the extra money for a safe and clean hotel—this place is not worth the risk!

Worst experience!

It was the worst experience. We stayed there on 14 February night. Our room heater was not working, and even after complaining to the front desk they did not send any one to fix nor changed our room. The room was so cold, we could barely sleep. I never had this kind of experience. The lady in the front desk was rude and was not even paying attention. I guess they hate their job, which is understandable . But the service!!! Omg!! So bad!!! The room was dirty, had water damage and bad odor. We arrived late and had no option but to stay the night there after 6 hours of driving. Worst hotel experience, till to date. Not recommended.

This property is under construction. The rooms they have left are dirty, stained carpet and stinks Had to change room and when we did the thermostat was broken so they brought us a space heater. No kitchen!

There was construction going on in the hotel, which we were not told about before we arrived. The noise began at 7 am. The cold water didn't work for almost 24 hours, which meant the water was only very, very hot. Management was invisible during most of the day. They did offer us $50 reduction in room rate. But still, the problem was not properly handled.
