Clean. Quiet. Good night's sleep.

The woman at the desk (Holly) was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The TV was good and easy to navigate. The hotel and room were as basic as could be - but I have no complaints.

Be careful about their charges.

The stay was fine. The billing was wrong and when I contacted them about the problem they referred me back to hotels.com who said they were unable to get a refund despite trying multiple times. They overcharged me and refused to refund the amount I was owed. Hotels.com basically said I was out of luck, and that I had already agreed to the terms, so they weren’t helpful in the end.

Hoping for a better nights sleep

The room was nice, looks like it has been recently updated that being said I didn’t get any sleep the room next to us was very noisy the people were in and out all night until after 3 in the morning and when they returned to their room the noise continued. It was very frustrating. Also they need to have better pillows they were terrible!
