We only stayed here one night on our honeymoon and were so excited to see our room in the garden area. To our surprise we were put into a different room without anyone telling us and we didnt get to check in until after 5pm. The staff at the front desk didnt seem to care that we were not happy about the late check in. The hotel and room was really nice just a bummer its not the room we booked.

Very nice. Hotel renovations are almost complete. Nice grounds for a stroll, a couple nice firepits, pool, spa all updated. We didn’t get to try the Steakhouse or the upstairs lounge, but they looked awesome too. Great location across from Central Park. We’ll be back.

Great location. Easy to walk to the downtown square (right across the street) staff is nice and helpful. Great for dogs too, awesome pet policy. We have 2 big dogs and they were very comfortable. Please stay that way :).
