Great location and priced right!

The location is amazing! We walked to everything. The sitting area with the fire pit was comfy and very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This will definitely be our go to place when visiting Pismo Beach.

Well worth the price we paid for what we got

The location is excellent, as it is walking distance to the beach. The room and was clean and the property was in excellent condition. My husband had a hard time figuring out how to cool down the room, as there is no thermostat and the heat/cool settings are on the unit next to the window. Hubby complained his back hurt from the mattress but I slept okay. Overall we felt like we got a good deal for what we paid to be within walking distance to the beach. And bonus: there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the street called Rosa's.

Where to start? From check-in to check-out, and everything in between, our stay was perfect. Location is perfect, hotel is clean, updated, cozy, convenient, and all things good. The ‘host’, not sure her title but she hosted our stay magnificently. I can’t say enough, and my family agrees! This will be our destination hotel for all visits to Pismo. So glad we finally found the place for us! Strongly recommend!

Stayed here before and loved it. Came for New Year’s Eve and a few days after. Clean and comfy rooms. Comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Stayed in room 103. Big bathroom with a big shower. Nice tv. Safe area! Walkable to absolutely EVERYTHING! Beach, restaurants, bars anything you need you can walk to! Friendly staff! Very affordable hotel. Close to the freeway, little road noise but that never bothered me. Thanks Oceans Palms for a relaxing stay!

Clean, Updated room. Perfect for a couple

The room was very clean and updated. Appreciate the plank flooring for cleanliness over carpeting. Only downside was missing remote for tv & couldn’t watch it. Asked for one at front desk but took a few hours and had to go ask again. Minor inconvenience overall.
