Booked the luxury suite which was 2 rooms separated by 2 doors. Room 1 with 2 queens had a broken down bed and non working fridge. Room 2 had a very small fridge and small microwave, 2 hair dryers in the bathroom with one broken, and a gaping hole where the bathroom vent was. The provided soap is of very poor quality.

Cozy sandstone courtyard seating brings warmth to your visit while visiting with family friends at the fire pit under the star of Morro Bay. They were very rude. They didn’t listen. The lady was very rude and we had service animals and she was trying to charge us for the service animals and she tried to as we were high them. Then she locked us out of the room.

Hotel guests decided to kick back in the court and were loud till after 2 a.m. the first night, Wednesday night, but last night, Thursday, it was nice, quiet. Housekeeping gave me a few extra packets of coffee which was great cause i got to use my own cup. Bed was extremely comfortable which made it difficult to want to go out. The dunes were only 4.5 blocks down the road so it was kinda of private, loved it

Kite Fest getaway

Nice hotel, friendly and clean. Only complaint was people in neighboring room were smoking marijuana and the smell seeped into our room for about 2 hours. Also, when we returned from our 1st days events we were locked out and had to go to office to have them reinstate door key pass. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay
