Well kept. Very different from all the motel like properties in the city. Pet regulations were a bit extreme. Front desk staff suggests they laces to eat in the area. Would have liked 4 pillows on the bed instead of three.

We arrived 2:10pm and the room was ready but we can’t go inside because the check-in was 4pm. If I paid $30 for early check-in we can go to the room. I refuse to pay $30 because the room was ready. Was the first time I saw that situation.

This is a very nice hotel we have stayed here numerous times. My only complaint this time is since we stayed a couple of days we should have made sure we had enough Coffee,toilet paper , soap and tissue. Since you get no housekeeping during your stay and I have no problem with that we ran out of the necessities we normally take for granted and had to keep going down to the desk to get the replacements. Most staff are very friendly but the housekeeping person I talked to when asking for a second coffee cup for the room kind of questioned me why I needed a second cup. I guess my wife could share a coffee cup if it’s such a problem.

They gave us a single bed room but we had reserved two queen beds. They did upgrade us to a suite which was real nice and big. The elevator broke down on the day we checked in and we had to use the stairs the rest of the weekend up and down all floors.

No hospitality in this place.
The hotel had an older look. The rooms were decent. The biggest problem we had was when we first checked in and the person handling breakfast. The person handling breakfast was a sour older lady. Who was angry at anybody who decided to take a second waffle. Often yelling or sane sharp remarks. She needs to retire or not work there anymore. She was not very hospitable and a little aggressive. We checked out early because we didn't want to be around her anymore. And the fact is, if you ran out of something, she would tell you too bad. This is not a place I would ever stay again.
