We had a great overnight stay at this property. I wish was more than one night. But we plan to go back for a longer stay. Staff is great. Room so comfortable and clean, great breakfast and great location with great price. We will be back.

Always happy to stay at La Serena. The only concerning issue is the check in's seem to be getting later and later. Check in is not until 4PM. they charge you for a full day, but you really only get a late afternoon/evening on the first day.

It was wonderful to open the sliding glass door to let fresh air in & watch the fog glide in toward me. Continental breakfast was basic, good coffee. Spacious hallways, room had 2 sinks, desk with 2 chairs & good lighting.

Great little property. Room was clean and spacious. Within walking distance to boardwalk and rock. Breakfast was typical continental but fine. Had a blast at Sirens on Saturday night. 😉

Our standard room with a king bed was large. We liked the fact that there were two wash basins. We enjoyed the bird posters and prints. The breakfast was okay, though the coffee was too weak. The hotel was quiet and there was sufficient off-street parking. We could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. We'd stay here again.

Perfect location. Next to this facility is a taco place that has really good food. The room are spacious and quiet. Will be staying at this location again, in the near future :)

Nice rooms liked the fact that there were full size bath amenities to use, not to take. Quiet. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles and other morning food stuff. The only problem was when we were ready to check out, no one was at the front office to get a printout of the bill.

This property is in an ideal location. Half a block from the Morro Bay main strip (on the water) and 500 yards from restaurants and lounges on Main St. This property as of this review, has been newly remodeled, so everything is extremely clean and tidy. We visited on Labor Day weekend, so it took a little longer to check in, otherwise, this is our new go to property!
