I was not informed ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were out of order and that is why we booked this property. The front of the hotel is also under construction and none of this was disclosed in advance. I would have booked somewhere else. I have asked for a partial refund and no one has responded to me.

The hotel was under construction access was difficult and the place look filthy. Staff kept trying to clean the room in the morning several times before check out time and were rude when told we were still in the room and not ready to leave
