Great property location- covered parking, quiet and safe. The only drawback was the renovation occurring caused the front entrance to not be operable. Obviously a limited-time inconvenience. I’d recommend this location to anyone staying in SLO!

Receptionist was very rude, triple charged for the cost of hotel and they”didn’t know what happened.” Waited until the next day when condescending supervisor provided a patronizing non-explanation. There was a partial wrapper on the floor in our bedroom and a very long black hair in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable and overall it is NOT a place I would stay again.
