Room was very spacious didn’t feel cramped with the whole family with an elderly person and kids and I really liked the downstairs room outdoor porch gave us more space and a place to store our ice chest and toys. Furniture was nice, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. Rooms are fairly large. Nice patio with comfy chairs. Couldn't hear neighbors above or to the sides. Parking is right outside your door. Walking distance to everything. Communication by text was very helpful. While the room was very clean, The bathroom door could use a wipe around the handles on both sides. Check in and out was very easy. Staff interaction was minimal but those I did speak with were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Loud and Uncomfortable

The walls are paper thin and the drunk group of men in the room next door were so loud, they harrassed us, banged on our door, called our room at all hours. The first front desk person (a man) I spoke with said that he believed them that they were sleeping and not doing anything, and was I sure it was them, and he couldnt move our room or basically do anything other than asking them to be quiet. The manager (a woman) was much more helpful & understanding. She evicted them for harrassing us. By 1:30 am the rowdy guests were gone. The hotel did not offer any compensation for the rough night. The front desk clerk in the am said he would have the manager call me, no one ever did. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock. The hot water took a long time to get hot. Our room was out of soap. If it had been more than a 1 night stay, I would've stayed somewhere else.

The property was well maintained it was clean staff was excellent friendly and helpful shopping and restaurants were in walking distance they had Guess laundry facility in rooms all had microwaves hair dryer ironing board refrigerator showers had plenty of water pressure and the volume of water coming out of the shower head was great not a drizzle

The price is very reasonable staff was very friendly The rooms and the grounds seem to be fairly maintained The embarcadero and shops and restaurants were all within walking distance then we got into the rooms that I will reserve before it was time to check in

Bernardo helped us out for our second stay. Stayed there 2 times in 1 week for Cal Poly events. For a roadside "Inn" it's rare to have such a clean stay. Their reviews sold us the first time. Our stay sold us on our second time. Staff incredibly helpful and nice. If you check in late as we did, your keys are in a lockbox, grab em and go. When we visit our son at Cal Poly, it is now our go-to place, without question. A couple minutes to Morro Rock and surrounding restaurants. Thanks!
