We loved our stay. Check-in was fast. The room was clean and in good shape. The bed and side tables looked new. The hotel is just off the freeway, on Main Street, and is within walking distance of the waterfront and lots of dining options.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it however this time was much different. There was no hot water the evening we stayed and there was still no hot water the next morning. The AC unit kept cutting out so we used the ceiling fan which had a loud clicking sound. Lastly the fridge had been frozen over, guessing the hotel staff had turned it off so it could defrost however once all the ice melted there was water all over our floor. Frustrating as we have had a good time there before and would still like to stay there again in the future however will likely not return after all this mess.

An older property that's been worked on and given a new feel inside the rooms. Plumbing is still older unfortunately. Shower not very strong and the toilet had issues. I've stayed there 5-6 times and will come back again for sure. Only 4 blocks from the restaurants and shops.

This was our second time staying here, and we enjoyed both stays! Beds are so comfortable, and the staff are very nice. They even called us to let us know we left something in the room. The only complaint we had is the lack of good channels on the tv.

This is a great property that is very pet friendly. From the welcome doggie bag for you pet, to the dog wash station after a day on the beach.

Really bad service at check in. You have to pay to check in an hour early then when we returned they kept answering the phone and helping people that way rather than those in person. Bad etiquette. People skills were lacking in both workers.
