Very low water pressure! Took twice as long to shower. The water is over softened, again takes a long time to rinse. The room had a pet urine odor. I had to spray room spray several times. I did like, tapping the key card rather than inserting it. The office clerk that is pregnant was so helpful and nice. Sorry, I didn't get her name. The bed was fantastic.

I had booked a room with Harbor House and when that day came i found myself borderline desperate for an early check-in. They were very accommodating and for a minimal fee allowed me to check-in much earlier than I’d expected.

Love to stay here every year for Morro Bay Triathlon and bring my dog. Very dog friendly. Only complaint is the road noise from loud cars, so recommend staying in room on non-road side.

Lady at check in was rude. Got back late second night and key card didn’t work. Took a while to get ahold of someone to let me in. Shower curtain smelled like urine. Worst shower pressure I’ve ever experienced. Lots of noise from upstairs late at night and early morning. Late night noise from bar a few doors down. I won’t be back.

We had an awesome time, even though it was brief and the hotel was comfortable and clean and very relaxing. Would highly recommend I would definitely stay there again. A big “thank you” to the staff who were awesome.

Pleasantly surprised!
They didn’t have a shower chair so we had to buy one, which we left for future guests that might need it. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it took forever to take a shower! The beds we’re comfortable, but the rollaway bed was not. It was a good thing that I had brought a bed topper because it made the rollaway good! In general, the hotel was clean and in good condition. All of our requests were taken care of, except the shower chair. We booked the room sight unseen based on the room rate which was important to us. We would definitely come back, but hope that shower is fixed!!
