The rooms need upgrade; bathrooms are not properly maintained ; fiixtures are old and don’t function optimally. Lot of hair everywhere from previous guests, not properly cleaned. No plug points near the bed, something that is pretty standard. They also would not do free upgrades even though property had plenty of vacancy, so obviously tight with hospitality.

This is a quaint truly cottage atmosphere. The property is on the bluff /cliff that is by the ocean. You can actually hear the waves from your room as well see the ocean. You also have access to walk down and be on the beach. Pool,hot tub and firepit available for use aswell. This was our 3rd visit !!.It was a mid week off season time frame so the rate was excellent.
