We would stay here again
We enjoyed this hotel. It was a short walk to the water and restaurants. The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated.

Wont stay again
For the price i paid i expected a lot more. They didnt have free water, or a cup to drink out of. The walls are paper thin. I was kept up all night on my first night there by the people above me who sounded like they were moving their entire belongings into the room. The front desk staff were friendly but id never stay there again. Im not sure what makes this different to a motel, id have rather paid motel prices than stay here again.

We like this Hotel because it’s very close and walkable to the restaurants and The Rock. We enjoy our time. The rooms are clean. The plumbing need some attention but overall a great hotel for a peaceful stay. Especially if you have view facing rooms.

Normally, we stay at another property, but they were booked so I booked with Hotel Avisa. My husband and I both ended up liking it better than the other place! It was wonderful!!! It's our new favorite place to stay in Morro Bay!! Highly recommend!!

We had a good stay, the facilities were nice and well kept up, if a little worn. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was just a little pricey for what it was. We later stayed in L.A. and a very nice hotel for a fair bit lower price. That said, maybe chains are able to more easily accept lower rates. I'd definitely recommend the Avisa.

Booked this hotel and was more than surprised by how cute and modern it was! Our room was HUGE!!! It even had a balcony, assuming some face the ocean but ours didn't which wasn't that big of a deal. The staff was so nice and attentive - parking was smooth and safe! Overall would stay here again :)
