A Wonderful Gem in Pismo

A wonderful place to stay in Pismo. We normally stay at another suite hotel that is not by the beach but decided to try Beach House. We had a nice view of the beach and was able to walk the half block to the beach. The room was very clean and stocked with plates and utensils, something we didn't expect plus a full size fridge. Beach House was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were on the second floor so was glad there was an elevator. There is covered (Free!!!) parking which is secured at night by a gate. There are beach toys available for kids or kids at heart. Restaurants are close by within walking distance. For BBQ try Mo's..the sampler plate is wonderful! We are already planning our next trip to Pismo and this is where we will stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to leave the balcony door open to hear the waves all night. A very wonderful experience.

Our stay was good overall, but the tv in the bedroom didn't work, and the owner knew it didn't work. The sliding door screen was bad, as it didn't slide smoothly on the bottom railing. Maybe the wheels were bad? Also the screen had a large tear in two places. It should have been replaced before it was rented out. The bed was comfortable. The large sectional couch was nice.

We changed our hotel at the last minute and are so happy we stayed at Beach Inn and Suites! We received a gate code and parking lot code so could get in easily and on our own schedule. We were so pleasantly surprised to see how massive our room was. With a king and full bed, our family of four slept great. The room was clean, decorated so cute and made for a cozy stay. The hotel had plenty of beach towels, beach toys, and was a one minute walk to the beach as well as to a swing set- our kids were in heaven. Plus, the room had a massive tv with Netflix all set up for nice sleepy evenings after long beach days. Will definitely be returning!

Loved that it was a 2min walk to the pier/beach. Loved the secured parking inside the gate with code entry. Loved code entry into the room super convenient. Staff was friendly and responsive. They even had beach towels/toys for the kids (even though my kids are older, it was still very cute and thoughtful). Not to mention the views were everything!
