The view was breathtaking, the property very well maintained, staff courteous and helpful. The only thing that we didnā€™t care for was unit 15. Itā€™s the last one on the end. The clerk said we had the best room for a sunset view. Yes the Sunset was beautiful but the patio table and chairs were on the opposite side. We couldnā€™t switch them to the other side because then we would block the door that you come in and out of and we couldnā€™t stand and admire it either because the room before ours had their opening to their patio room on our side so they could see the sunset too! Which meant no privacy for us. Also for some reason the local bicyclist kept coming down the sidewalk like if they were gonna go through the side of our Unit but stopped when they seen us and went back around through the public access. The local Cafe on premises had delicious breakfast burritos!! So they only thing I suggest is do not get the 2 rooms at the end! Ours was #15 and not sure the number of the Unit before ours!!

We were looking for a quiet retreat and found it. Great location, beautiful grounds overlooking back bay and nature preserve and a friendly staff. Walking distance to several dining options, cycling distance to Moro bay and well located for all the central coast towns.
